On the afternoon of August 29, 2023, at Viettel Solutions (Ho Chi Minh City) took place the Training workshop with the topic “Design Thinking: Mastering the innovation process in building products and services”.

The workshop had the participation of Expert, Dr. Phung Van Dong – Executive Director of tài xỉu Vietnam and other leaders and staff involved in analysis, design, product/service construction, business development and customer care of Viettel Solutions.

The training workshop focused on two main contents: the overview of Innovation and the Introduction to design tools for innovation (Design Thinking) with the aim of providing learners with knowledge about:
- Innovation in business
- Classification of innovation
- Identify innovative models
- How to build innovation strategy and culture
- Some typical successful case studies
- Requirements that need to be met for a successful innovation
- How to apply basic steps/tools of “Design Thinking” to design innovations
The workshop took place in the spirit of open sharing so that learners can acquire appropriate knowledge and experience, thereby easily applying it to practical work at the enterprise.
